1, Eat 7 dates from Medina every morning for breakfast after fajr prayer.

2, Drink senna tea once a month, its a gentle effective laxative (takes about 12 hours to work) take a tea spoon of senna leaves and steep in hot water for 5 mins add mint if you like or fennel to prevent bloating. Sip hot with honey to taste. Cleansing your large intestine helps boost positivity and mood and gets rid of negative thoughts. Do not drink it if you are anaemic as senna has a very high tannin level.
It was narrated from Asma’ bint ‘Umays that the Messenger of Allaah asked her: “What do you use as a laxative?” She said: “Spurge.” He said: “Hot, hot.” She said: Then I used senna as a laxative and the Prophet said: “If there were anything in which there is a cure for death, it would be senna.”
3, Drink Talbina, talbina is organic whole grain barley flour, add a table spoon to some cold milk mix with more cold milk and heat slowly stirring as you do so, add cocoa and sugar and drink it. This drink is very good for people suffering from grief or depression.
`Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) used to recommend talbina for the sick and for the one grieving over a dead person. She (r) used to say, “I heard the Messenger (s) saying, ‘The talbina gives rest to the heart of the patient and makes it active and relieves some of his sorrow and grief.’ ” [Sahih Bukhari(5325)].
